Chronic Disease - It's The New "Normal"

In 2016 new statistics showed that 43% of children have chronic disease and 1 in 6 children have developmental delays! Chronic diseases are responsible for 7 of 10 deaths each year, and treating people with chronic diseases accounts for 86% of our nation’s health care costs .   Something is not working!   Our current lifestyles are not creating health in adults OR children.   Eating junk food, sitting all day and covering up symptoms with drugs and medications are NOT creating health!   Remember, you create your health with the choices you make.   People don’t just “get sick.”   Each thing you put in your body or do for yourself (or don’t do) leads you down one of two paths – sickness and disease or vibrant health. Heart Facts and Figures

A child's heart is about the size of a clenched fist; and adult's heart is about the size of two fists.  Blood is about 78 percent water.  Your heart is connected to approximately 60,000 miles of blood vessels- enough to go around the earth's equator 2 and a half times. Blood takes about 20 seconds to circulate throughout the entire vascular system. It beats at an average rate of 72 times per minute, 1 million times daily. This represents enough pumped blood to fill a bathtub 22 times. By age 70 your heart will have pumped about 71 million gallons of blood. Your brain controls your heart through spinal nerves. It is very important to get adjusted to allow your heart to function at its best! ♥ ♥
