Empty out a
drawer in your refrigerator, make sure its sparkling clean and line it with
paper towels. Fill the drawer with your favorite salad mix. You can use
ingredients from kale to carrots, anything that is not perishable for a couple
days. Dr. Lara’s favorite salad is a spring lettuce mix with sliced cucumbers,
sunflower sprouts, jicama & cherry tomatoes topped with avocado, lemon,
olive oil & pink salt.
