2. Avoid sugar like the plague! It will cause health problems.
3. Take Vitamin D3 daily, as needed to keep blood levels sufficient.
4. Trade stressful thoughts for joyful thoughts. Stress will decrease your immune system in just a few hours.
5. Build healthy cells. Eat fresh, organic, whole foods; not processed and refined junk food or fast food. Ask yourself when you start to eat something: "Is this going to build me up or make me weak?" If you eat pretend foods, you will get pretend health.
