In spirit of Valentine's day, we want your heart not only be filled with love but to also to be functioning at its full potential. You cannot love without a healthy & happy heart, right? Our office wants to inform you on how your heart functions over time and on a daily basis.

♥ A child's heart is about the size of a clenched fist; an adults heart is about the size of two fists.

♥ Blood is about 78% water.

♥ Your heart is connected to approximately 60,000 miles of blood vessels- enough to go around the earth's equator 2 and a half times.

♥ Blood takes about 20 seconds to circulate throughout the entire vascular system.

♥ It beats at an average rate of 72 times per minute, 1,000,000 times per day.

♥ This represents enough pumped about 71 millions gallons of blood.

♥ By age 70 your heart will have pumped about 71 million gallons of blood.

♥ Your brain controls your heart through spinal nerves. It is very important to get adjusted to allow your heart to function at its best!
