Aim High, Dream Big!

Aim HIGH, Dream BIG!

Only 3% of Americans are independently wealthy
10% live comfortably, but need to work
60% barely make a living from one month to the next
27% need support from others

What's the difference? The top 3% have written, specific goals. THEY KEEP SCORE!

Setting Goals:
First of all, say a prayer for guidance and then site down with a piece of paper and pencil. Celar your mind and start writing short team and long term things that focus on the 6 major areas of your life...
Spritiuality, Physical, Career,
Family, Social, Finances.

Don't be stingy or think you might be crazy, write down everything that comes to mind. Put on paper the life you want. Think BIG and just exercise faith. Now, lets dance which goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Trackable).

For example, a health goal may be to go to the gym 3 times per week or change in diet, weight loss. Be Specific: what do you want to do? Is it is easy to measure? Is it attainable and realistic? Can you track it by paying attention?

After figuring out what goals you want, now what do you do with them? We suggest you write your goals on an index card and carry them with you wherever you go (just as long as you have a pocket). Here comes the important part (and it is well worth the effort):

READ YOUR GOALS THREE TIMES A DAY: MORNING, NOON & NIGHT
Personally, we found it works best if you read them out loud and with emotion. As you read them you may feel that they are impossible or you have no idea how they will happen. Here is where your faith comes in. We feel the best about our goals when we totally release ourselves from the process. Have fun and DREAM BIG!!!!

The Brain Connection

THE BRAIN CONNECTION: Research proves chiropractic adjustments affect: How you feel, How You Learn,   Your memory,   Your Consciousness, Your Motivation, Your Motor Control, Your Self-Awareness , How You Think, The Decisions You Make & How You Experience Touch and Pain. In 2014, Gay and fellow researchers concluded “…pain-free volunteers processed thermal stimuli applied to the hand before and after thoracic (mid-back) spinal manipulation (chiropractic spinal adjustment). What they found was that after thoracic manipulation, serveral brain regions demonstrated a reduction in peak BOLD (blood-oxygen-lebel-dependent) activity. Those regions include the cingulate, insular, motor, amygdala and somatosensory cortices, and the PAG (periaqueductal gray regions)” (p. 615). In other words, chiropractic adjustments produced direct and measureable effects on the central nervous system across multiple regions. Brain Region: Function: Cing...

Three important reasons to avoid the flu shot: 1. The flu shot contains mercury, formaldehyde, gelatin & traces of chicken cells. 2. The flu shot contains viral contaminants that have been linked to cancer. 3. You can get the flu shot - and all the risks that go with it - and still gets the flu. Avoid the shot: help prevent Alzheimer's Disease According to Hugh Fudenberg, MD the worlds leading immunodeficient and 13th most quoted biologist of our time (over 850 papers in peer reviewed journals), if an individual has five consecutive flu shots their chance of getting Alzheimer's is ten times higher. (1) How does the flu shot cause Alzheimer's? Dr. Fudenberg states the mercury in flu shots (and many childhood shots as well as some RhoGam shots) cross the blood-brain barrier causing brain damage. Mercury has also been linked to ADHD and autism. Alzheimer's is expected to quadruple. Are flu shot the reason? (2) How many really die of the flu? Reports clai...
