A Life Lesson from Alice in Wonderland

"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things."

"I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."

- Lewes Carroll

Sometimes, our mind gets stuck in a rut, and we believed something is impossible or farther away than it seems. When we open our mind to the impossible or higher our standards, it becomes reality. The Queen in Alice in Wonderland had a very special secret. To help open your mind and increase your brain power first, is to spend time thinking about or visualizing what you want daily & to know it is true even before it happens! Second start regularly meditating, physical exercise, taking Omega-3 fish oils and most importantly, regular adjustments from your chiropractor.

These are small combinations that create big life changing results!

The super bowl is more than just a fun game of football. Taking a look deeper into the team, it takes a lot more than strength, good tactics and cheering fans to win a game. Each player must have the idea of teamwork, discipline and most importantly, the idea of winning. From the thoughts in his brain to his toes, each part of his body, mind & soul must work together to win. One who strives everyday to win & complete his tasks the right way will win. Winning is a habit, and so is losing. Strive for more than what you think you are capable of everyday, anything is possible with the correct mindset. “Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered with failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much, nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that k...
